Introduction:
Sam has worked in the recruitment industry since 2018, specialising in the engineering and manufacturing sectors since 2019.
Sam, through connections both on and off the cricket pitch, set up Engineering @ 365 People alongside Directors Paul and Craig as part of the 365 People Group; seeing a gap in their services and potential for a dedicated team to manage and grow the engineering client base and talent pool.

What do you do at Engineering @ 365?
I am heavily involved with both the onboarding of our new clients, growing current client relationships and identifying there staffing requirements. This enables me to speak to candidates at all skill level to help support their hunt for a new role alongside our clients needs. When I am not doing this I am normally burying my head in a spreadsheet or boosting team morale with my singing (work in progress).
What do you enjoy most about your role at Engineering@ 365?
I enjoy being involved in all things Engineering @ 365. I also enjoy the people, the culture and the working environment we have created!
What do you like to do outside of work?
I spend my summer playing cricket, however my favourite part of this is definitely the post games beers on a summers evening. Apart from this I love a good bit of food and can either find me cooking or out for a meal with friends.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
The ability to Fly, would save on driving and also means I would be able to see the world.
What is a fun fact about you?
Having red hair and being born and bred in Leicester I had a good 2 year phase when I was younger of calling myself ‘Red Leicester’ after the cheese…
