Aimee joined the Engineering @ 365 team in 2025. Her background of resourcing and placing for a range of technical roles has helped her to build an excellent pool of candidates to meet her client’s requirements across all engineering specialisms.

What do you do at Engineering @ 365?
I am an engineering recruitment consultant, primarily focusing on white-collar roles such as design and projects.
What do you enjoy most about your role at Engineering @ 365?
I enjoy the collaboration on the engineering team but also for me it is all about the relationships. I love getting to know new clients and candidates, understanding what they’re looking for and what motivates them and then being able to build on that relationship.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I will be doing one of two things, spending time with friends and family, visiting new coffee shops and cafes or exercising, I love participating in parkrun and chasing down new PBs.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I’d love the ability to be in multiple places at once: meeting clients and soaking up the sun on a beach all at once. What’s not to love?
Tell us a fun fact about you?
I used to train in kickboxing and worked my way up to a brown belt.
