Pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour

Monday–Thursday 07:45 – 16:45pm Friday 07:45 – 12:00pm
About the Role
Engineering @365 is recruiting Assembly Operatives for a growing engineering manufacturer in Tamworth.
You’ll be working on mechanical and electrical assembly of high-quality machinery, following drawings and diagrams, wiring components and helping build systems to exacting standards. Training is available for electrical tasks if needed. This is a hands-on role in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fit mechanical components
- Wire basic electrical components and panels (training provided if required)
- Work accurately from drawings, diagrams, and build instructions
- Inspect and test assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
- Keep the work area safe and organised
- Support team improvements and production targets
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly, mechanical fitting, or electrical fitting
- Ability to follow drawings and instructions
- Basic electrical wiring skills are a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
